We supply architect design services to design your dream house and get you planning permission. We then organise the supply of your house in timberframe form and get it fully assembled on your site in a couple of days.

Dan-Wood prices start from a cost of around £100k for a turnkey finished bungalow excluding foundations, kitchen and plot. Alternatively Dan-Wood turnkey (up to the last tap and wall finish) costs per square foot are from around £130 or cost from around £1200-1900 per square metre for larger houses.

Our high quality factory environment allows us to provide you with a precise quote for your Dan-Wood house. We can also estimate by square foot or square metre. We usually quote for the turnkey build meaning that you don't have any extras and we build right up to the last tap if you want that level of completeness.
