We are often asked to prepare and submit planning applications for eco homes and custom build housing. In many cases we can prepare the pre-application (known as pre-app) as well as the full planning application and help you get your eco house outline or full planning permission. 

We can often run the entire process with you, however some sites and locations may benefit from a specialist planning consultant and we are happy to work with you to determine if this more costly route is likely to be of benefit to you.
